PACTS launched this blog in the spring of 2009 to foster a better dialogue about projects that affect the general public.  The blog gives us good feedback and information sharing options like RSS feeds, email subscription lists and other new media options. We also have our primary PACTS site which has a lot of information in it. Think of this blog as an extension of that site.
