In 2009 PACTS commissioned an update of the 1995 Bike and Pedestrian Plan to include the expanded area which PACTS currently serves and the changes in facilities which have happened since 1995 or are in the planning stages currently.

The final draft version of the Regional Bike and Pedestrian plan was posted in December and you can find it here along with comments on it.

Intent: Update the PACTS Bike and Pedestrian Plan (1995) to include all 15 PACTS communties and facilities/plans in place or planning phase currently.
