PACTS Regional Bike and Pedestrian Plan Update: Final Report

The 1,800 members of the Northeastern District of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (New England, New York, and northern New Jersey) are holding their 2010 Annual Meeting in Portland. The Maine Chapter of ITE is hosting the event that will take place May 19-21 at the Portland Regency.
Between 150 and 200 delegates are expected to attend the technical workshops and lectures, technical tours, and various social events.
